Good evening band faMily.
Watching the weather, it looks to be a very wet evening. We will not wear our traditional band uniforms =, but rather our black band polo shirts along with khaki shorts or blue jeans. Please wear nice shorts or jeans not gym shorts.
Majorettes will be receiving their traditional unioorms tomorrow and I think Mrs Hood spoke to you about what to do.
Guard will wear their alternate guard uniform as well.
I will make the call on props and pit equipment later tomorrow. If we can do a show we need it bad. But, I will not let another “Florence’ rain incident happen again to our very expensive equipment.
SCHEDULE:
1:45 band rehearsal
2:45 load equipment
4:30 depart for Athens
5:30 unload and eat at concessions
7:00 gametime
8:15 halftime
9:30 depart game
10:30 arrive home, unload
