Happy Sunday, everyone,
We have a busy week in the band room! Both bands are making progress on the MPA music every day. Please encourage your student to be at school every day. We understand sickness, but we cannot possibly achieve all that we need without full attendance every day. Band is truly a group activity, and we rely on each individual member so heavily. That’s what makes band so special. We depend on one another just like family. Have a wonderful week!
Monday: 4th block rehearsal
Band Booster Meeting @ 6:30PM in the MSHS cafeteria. Please make plans to attend. We will be discussing the pageant, Orlando, and other semester activities!
Winter Guard rehearsal 5:15-8:15 @ McBride
Tuesday: 4th Block rehearsal
Shoals Area Honor Band Auditions: auditions will begin at 4:30 at MSMS. These auditions are first come first served, so the faster you arrive to get in line, the faster you will be done! Good luck to all of our students. We will listen to audition material after school tomorrow if anyone would like to stay to be better prepared.
We do need help with hospitality during SAHB auditions. Please volunteer to bring something by clicking here.
