I wanted to let everyone know we have a stadium rehearsal Tuesday night this week. Parents, you and family are invited to come to the stadium around 7:30pm to watch the end of the rehearsal and final run through.
Parents, we will need additional 15-30 minutes or so for the students to make it back to the band room. So if you pick up your students after rehearsal, we hope to make it back to the high school by 8:15pm.
We could use some parent help at 5:30 and 8:00 if at all possible moving equipment. Maybe 6-8 people
Parents who come to Tuesday night, we only ask that during rehearsal we try not to be loud and a distraction to the rehearsal. Thank you.
