Greetings, Band faMily!
As you may already know, we have the pleasure to be hosting the Shoals Area Honor Band tryouts at MSMS this year. This means hundreds of area kids and their respective directors will be visiting our campus after school this upcoming Tuesday, February 4th.
During their auditions, we are in need of a handful of MSMS parents who can head up the hospitality room, coordinating hot dishes, snack foods, and assorted beverages. We are anticipating about 20 directors, runners, and judges. These parents would have our MSHS Hospitality Committee Chair Tiana Brook and Co-chair Wendy Myhan ready and available for the planning to make that afternoon a success!!
Muscle Shoals is known for their fantastic hospitality during band events. Won’t you please volunteer to be a part of this long-standing tradition? Not only will it be fun, but your kids will get a kick out of seeing you there! Please contact Wendy Myhan, Tiana Brook, or Mr. Seay if you are able to assist that afternoon/evening.
