Saturday UNA night of bands schedule for MSHS band

2:30 pm band room opens

3:00 loading crew loads, band dresses into uniform, OFFICIAL CALL TIME

4:15 Group A departs, Bojangles grab and go dinner provided for bus ride

4:45 Group B departs, Bojangles grab and go dinner provided for bus ride

The band will enter the stands together and sit together to enjoy the other bands performances. When we arrive to the stadium, we will unload and assemble all instruments. We will put all our equipment in a designated area around the track of the stadium. Then enter the stands.

5:15 First band performs

Two bands prior to our performance, we will exit the stands and go to our equipment. We will briefly warm up prior to the band before us.

7:30 We will take the field and do our SHORT warm up routine

7:40 Corozon performance

7:45 Put instrument back in our designated area, enter stands to enjoy UNA band

8:00 UNA

8:20 Take equipment to the trucks and trailers

8:30 Group B departs for MSHS while group A loads equipment onto trucks and trailer

9:00 Group A departs for MSHS along with equipment trucks

9:30 unload everything at MSHS, clean everything, set up for Concert band rehearsals for Monday

Due to so many people at the stadium from a variety of different places, we will not visit the concession stands during the event. We just do not feel comfortable at this time you being around so many different students in close proximity. This is why we are providing you dinner on the way to the event. If we have any vegetarians in the band, please reach out to me and we will make sure to have you an alternative dinner.

Students will be allow to check out with parent signatures after our performance. No students will be allowed to check out with other parent signatures. The parent must be present and sign the form to check out the student. This is a safety concern and it is a Muscle Shoals School Board Policy.
