Marching Band Wind Players,
As we have discussed in rehearsals, we will be starting our FlipGrid assignments this week. If you have not done so, download the FlipGrid app onto your phone. If you do not have a phone, you can use your chrome book. If you need a chrome book let us know. If you are using a chrome book, just google FlipGrid and make an account.
After you download FlipGrid, you need to join your class. You need to join these classes for marching band. Choose your marching instrument. The class codes are as follows:
Flute: mshsflute
Clarinet: mshsclarinets
Saxophones: mshssaxophones
Trumpet: mshstrumpets
Horns: mshshorns
Trombone: mshstrombones
Baritone: mshsbaritones
Tuba: mshstubas
The first assignment will be posted tonight. The assignment is to play Long Tones on F with marking time and step-outs. There will be a video example on the grid. This assignment will be due Thursday evening at midnight. If you have any questions, please let us know.
In the event we have to go virtual, we will be using FlipGrid for our weekly assignments.
