Good afternoon Muscle Shoals Middle School Band! The directors look forward to seeing many of you at some point tomorrow morning for “Meet the Teacher Day”.
The times are as follows:
6th grade – 8-10 a.m., 7th grade – 9-11 a.m., and 8th grade 10 a.m. – Noon
Mrs. Hood will have an information sheet to distribute to all middle school band members when you come by tomorrow morning.
We will need everyone to click on the “Resources” tab at the top of the band webpage. You will have access under the “Forms” link to fill out the necessary paperwork (MEDICAL FORM) for middle school band, as well as access the 2019-2020 MSMS Band schedule and handbook. Each child must have a completed medical form.
You may also pay your band fees using the band website. Click on “Resources”, then click on “Payments”. Click on the “BAND” tab towards the bottom of the page. There, you will see several options. The only three that concern Middle School band are the following: $65 for 6th grade band members and/or an $85 dollar fee for 7th and 8th graders. If your child will be playing a school owned instrument, there will be an additional rental fee of $50. If your child owns their own instrument, you will not need to pay this fee.
You may elect to make these payments online. Just be sure to select the fee(s) you wish to pay and fill out the info at the top of the page. If you choose to write a check, we will gladly receipt that for you as well.
