Parents, we hope you are already planning to attend Saturday’s competition in Russellville. You see us on Friday nights, but there is nothing that compares to watching your children on Saturday competitions. I urge you to attend and root on our MSHS Trojan Marching Band and see how they stack up against our area bands. Try to get there early enough to see several bands before MSHS so you can have several shows to compare it to.
Saturday, it is IMPERATIVE the students eat a good lunch before the 2:30 rehearsal.

1:30 pep rally
3:00 load trucks
5:00 depart MSHS
5:30 eat at visitor concessions
6:30 in the stands
8:00 halftime (we are first)
9:30 leave stadium
9:45 UNLOAD ALL EQUIPMENT
Saturday:
12:30 Band room opens for instrument cleaning
2:30 Inside rehearsal
3:45 load equipment (eat)
5:00 depart MSHS
5:30 arrive
6:45 official warm up time
7:25 gate time
7:40 performance time, enter back stadium seating right after
8:25 UNA band performance
9:00 Awards (section leaders and reps)
Load after awards, go home, Unload again
