Lyres an Flip Folders for 7th and 8th Grade Band Members
7th and 8th Grade Band Members will need to have their lyre and flip-folder for their instrument by the end of the week this week. Our first Pep Band Game is Thursday, August 29. Please check out either Alabama Music in Florence or Counts Brothers Music in Muscle Shoals for these items! Thank you!
Fall Fundraiser Begins August 19
Our MSMS Band Fall Fundraiser will begin tomorrow. Each child will receive a fundraiser packet with information about the sale as well as options for folks to purchase items online. We ask that each family please sell 10 items. There will be prize incentives for items that are sold. The prize brochure will be given out during class tomorrow.
This fundraiser, along with our band fees, help us attain materials that we need for the MSMS Band Program. These materials range from music to music stands and instruments to instrument instruction. We are always in need of either replacing or supplementing band equipment here at the middle school. I appreciate all of you, in advance, as we work together to help raise funds for your band program!
