Jazz Band Starts Back!
Jazz Band will meet on Thursday morning, March 21 @ 7:15 a.m. in the band room. I will be announcing it in the 7th and 8th grade classes starting tomorrow.
Upcoming Dates of Importance
March 25 – March 29 – SPRING BREAK
April 25-27 – All-State Band in Huntsville
Saturday, May 4 – Solo & Ensemble Festival @ MSMS (6th, 7th, and 8th Graders can participate!!)
Thursday, May 9 – Spring Concert for all MSMS Bands (6th, 7th, and 8th) This concert will be in the auditorium at the high school.
Our 6th grade classes are in the middle of their “March Madness”. This is an effort to get as many lines passed off on their “Karate Pass Off Sheet” before the end of March. Students may come in the band room each morning to practice and/or pass off some of their lines. We want as many students to pass off as many lines as possible before the end of month! We had many pass offs occur last week and we hope to have MANY more this week!
