Here’s the info for the upcoming week:
Jazz Band will meet Monday and Tuesday this week. These are the final two rehearsals before the Christmas Concert on Tuesday night this week.
Here is the info for the Christmas Concert, which is Tuesday, December 3 @ MSHS in the Auditorium.
Upcoming Christmas Concert Reminder
Tuesday, December 3, 2019 at MSHS Auditorium – 6:00 PM
6th, 7th, and 8th grade band members arrive at 5:30
6th Grade Students will go directly to the stage at MSHS
8th Grade will meet in the band room and 7th grade will meet in the chorus room at MSHS
Jazz Band Members need to be at MSHS Auditorium 5:15 p.m. for sound check
All students dressed in nice Christmas colored clothing
(Please no blue jeans, t-shirts, or tennis shoes)
Admission to this event is free – please invite your friends and family, we will be taking can food donations, please bring a can! The high school band portion of the concert will begin at 7:30 p.m.
This is a quick turnaround for a performance, right after Thanksgiving. The kids worked very hard in the days leading up to the break preparing this music.
