Good morning band members.
Today, band rehearsals will end around 3:00. At that time, we will need to clear the stage, the band rooms, and the percussion room and set up for auditions in those rooms. At 3:30, I will need a great deal of help from you to set up the school for Auditions.
Here is what I need done from band students today:
- Hang signs on doors
- Stands in rooms
- Chairs in rooms
- judges screens set up
- registration set up
- percussion instruments in place
- scale sheets on stands
- library set up for meeting/hospitality
Students, if you can help us get this done it will go quickly. Any student can volunteer.
