April 9, 2020 – First Payment $500 per person (Must try to establish rooming situation on first payment)
October 15, 2020 – Second Payment $800 per person (Catastrophic trip insurance can be purchased)
March 18, 2021 – Third payment $800 per person (Airports will be known at this time)
October 14, 2021 – Final Payment $500 or complete balance is due (We must send our entire final trip bill to Hawaii State Tours by the end of October)
Who can go?
Band students who are enrolled in band class in 2021. This also includes any band students in the 7th and 8th grade at that time. Parents, siblings, and grandparents are welcome. The last time we went entire families came and had a great time. Please keep it to family only.
What else will you need to pay for on the trip?
Once we land on the island, everything is covered including all meals. IT is up to you how much you would like to spend on souvenirs yourself.
Refunds?
Full refunds are available through the first payment. The airline tickets will be purchased 365 days in advance to our trip. Once tickets are purchased they will not be refunded. Your refund will be minus the cost of airfare.
Performances on the trip?
The students will perform two patriotic concerts while in Hawaii. One at the Ala Moana Centerstage int eh largest mall on the island. The other concert is the Pearl Harbor “Remember the Heroes” concert at the Pearl Harbor memorial.
