Loading crew 7:30am at the band room, we will load chairs and instruments needed.
8:15 unload at the stadium, should be done in 30 minutes to an hour
12:45pm call for reheassal
1:00 play through pomp and circumstance while seniors walk in, then depart around 1:30
6:45 be in your chairs ready
7:30 graduation
8:30 load truck immediately following last note, please help then visit
9:30 meet Mr Waters at the high school to unload instruments only. Leaving chairs in the truck
