Good evening MSHS Band!
Nice job at the Veteran’s Day Program last Thursday. The Band looked good and played very well. Thank you for working hard in 4th block each day leading up to the performance.
You also played well at the game on Friday. I thought we played a key role in the game with our cheers and stand tunes.
Here’s your info and schedule for the week:
Monday – 4th Block Concert Band (Christmas Concert Music)
Tuesday – 4th Block Concert Band (Christmas Concert Music)
Wednesday – 4th Block Concert Band (Christmas Concert Music)
Thursday – 4th Block Concert Band (Christmas Concert Music)
Friday – 4th Block Marching Band (No Pep Rally), then load instruments/equipment at 2:30 p.m.
*Everyone will stay after school on Friday. We have an away game @ Gardendale High School. It’s Round 3 of the High School Football Playoffs! We will provide food for the students before leaving for Gardendale.*
3:15 p.m. – Eat
4:15 p.m. – Buses Leave for Gardendale (We will be fully dressed when we get on the bus)
7:00 p.m. – Game Begins
The All State Tryouts Sign Up List will be posted this week. Make sure all those who plan on auditioning get their name and instrument on the list. All State Tryouts will be Saturday, January 28, 2023 @ Muscle Shoals High School. The last day to sign up for auditions is December 13.
