Good morning, everyone,

It’s a beautiful Saturday! We hope you enjoy this beautiful day as we head into a busy week of band! Have fun and be safe at prom this evening.

Monday: 4th Block, Guard Clinic 3:30-5
Tuesday: 7:30 Jazz band, 4th Block, Guard Clinic 3:30-5, Dinner with the Band (info below)

Dinner with the Band
Call time for students is 5:45 at the Florence Coliseum, students should wear all black (black blouse or dress shirt/polo), black pants, or black dresses. You can also choose to wear your concert attire. Doors will open for the public at 6:15. Entertainment will start around 6:40. Winter Guard members who are also playing will have time to change into their costumes.

Wednesday: 4th Block, Majorette Fitting Trip to Brilliant, AL, Guard Clinic 3:30-5
Thursday: 7:30 Jazz band, 4th Block, Guard Clinic 3:30-5, Percussion Ensemble Concert 6PM (info below)

Percussion Ensemble Concert-Grades 6-12
Concert starts at 6PM in the MSHS auditorium. Student call time is 5:15. Dress is concert clack. Black collared shirt (polo or button-down) or black blouse, black pants, black socks, black shoes.

Friday: 4th Block parade rehearsal, Guard audition after school
Saturday: Centennial Band Fundraiser. We will be selling drinks during the Centennial Celebration this Saturday. It is important that both students and parents fill these slots. We only have 3 home games this year, and need this extra fundraiser. Please volunteer by clicking here.

All marching band members will perform in the Centennial Parade next Monday, April 24th. I will post more specifics by mid-week.
