Good morning band folks.
I first wanted to let you know that the band program increased their fan base last Friday night. What a game to play for and you excelled as the “Keepers of the Trojan Spirit”. It has been non stop praise for you guys over the weekend from people who normally don’t pay attention to the band. Many spectators feel you played a tremendous role in that come from behind win. It was definitely a game I will remember for a while as you brought non stop energy and helped your fellow classmates pull out the win. Proud of all of you and our team!
Tonight, the iMpulse show choir will be performing tonight in Stratford Auditorium. Many talented musicians will be taking the stage so please come out and support their efforts!
This week is a straight forward prepare for Christmas concert week. Winterguard rehearses Tuesday 3:30-6:00, Percussion ensemble Tuesday and Thursday 3:30-4:45
Friday: 11/22 (high chance of rain at the moment, thank goodness home game)
1:30 pep rally
2:00 stadium tunes rehearsal
5:30 call
6:15 stadium walk
6:45 anthem
7:00 game
8:00 full halftime
We will be travelling next Friday after a win against Pinson Valley. That is during thanksgiving week, so we are giving everyone a heads up for that Friday now for your planning.

2:00 load trucks and trailer
3:00 depart for Oxford or Clay Chalkville
4:30 stop somewhere for dinner
5:45 back on the road
7:00 gametime
All students are expected to be at this Thanksgiving game unless travelling with family. I will need an email if students will be travelling. If you have sent one already, please send another to help me remember. Thank you
