Here’s our rehearsal schedule for the week:
Monday – 4th block
Tuesday – 4th block & 5:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Wednesday – 4th block
Thursday – 4th block
Friday – 4th block & Stadium Rehearsal 5:30 p.m.-7:30 p.m. Parent/Community performance @ 7:45 p.m.
I will send out the schedule for Saturday’s contest @ Spain Park later today.
It’s STATE CHAMPIONSHIPS WEEK
I would like to compliment everyone for their VERY hard work this past Saturday at TVI. You were able to pull off a great event in the midst of a myriad of changes and challenges.
Thank you to everyone (Parents, Band Members, Alumni, Staff, Retired Directors) who helped to make the 30th Annual Tennessee Valley Invitational a success. It was a long day, but I think all of our guests went away with a good feeling. I have had several directors who have reached out to me just to tell me that they were very impressed with how we were able to navigate through the delay and schedule changes. This was unchartered waters, so to speak, for TVI. But, you all handled everything wonderfully. It’s a blessing to be in a system where there is SO much support from parents, friends, community members, alumni, etc. This day could not have happened without every single one of you.
