Football Season is just around the corner! Important information for marching band parents!

Band Boosters will be providing a concession stand for the dates listed below. Senior Night will be our first home game on August 19. Parents of seniors, please keep this in mind when volunteering for your date. A family representative of each band student should sign up to work at least one game. If there are two band students in a family, two family representatives need to sign up for a game (or the same one can work again). This can be a parent, grandparent, sibling, etc.
There will be 8 spots for each concession stand on Friday night Varsity games. MS Park & Recreation (Saturday) games will have 2 spots. MSMS and Bteam games (weeknights) will have 8 spots total. The lower concession stand is the only one that will be utilized for MS Park & Rec, Middle School (MSMS), and Bteam games.
You will sign up using this volunteer link: https://volunteersignup.org/JHRDH. You can also access the volunteer link anytime on the home page of msband.org. Scroll down to find the game that you want to work. Click on the game and fill in your information. After entering your name as the worker, please also enter the student who you are representing (on the same line). When signing up for Varsity games, you will need to choose upper or lower concession stand.
If you have a preference on what position in the concession stand you would like to be assigned, please contact Kristi or Heather to let them know.

Positions included are:

•Taking orders at the window – 4 spots

•Nacho Station – 2 spots

•Popcorn – 1 spot

•Floater (get food to the window & assist in other areas as needed)- 1 spot

You could also be asked to wrap more burgers or pizza as needed. You will receive a free meal of your choice during the game you work. Kristi and Heather will be directing/working the concession stands and are there to help you.
**All workers need to report to the lower concession stand at the beginning of your shift to receive a pass. You will need this pass to enter the gate without a ticket.

We have a lot of fun!! Plus it feels great knowing we are able to help raise money that will benefit our students!! It’s our 2nd biggest fundraising opportunity! With every family helping, we will ensure a successful and profitable season 🙂

Thank you in advance!!

Please contact Kristi Clark 256-483-9097 or Heather Foster 256-412-4079 with any questions.
