This week Monday thru Thursday rehearsals. 1:38-3:15. Students just remember our protocols for equipment and so forth.
This weeks goals: make the opener better marching choreography and playing
Begin learning music and choreography on malagueña
Begin our stands tune music rehearsals, national anthem, YWNWA, and alma mater
SNAP RAISE FUNDRAISER kickoff is Wednesday during 4th block. We will start in the auditorium with that presentation. Have your phones and 10 legit emails
Remember; rain doesn’t cancel rehearsals only band directors do that. Rain plan is always auditorium.
Flipgrid assignments. Every Friday is a virtual day with no rehearsal. However everyone in the band has a virtual recording assignment using Flipgrid. Don’t forget to get these done. These are never really hard but they are graded.
Our first game is Friday night September 4th. The first of 3 home games in a row. I am looking forward to performing in our stadium for that game. Home game call is 5:30pm in full 2020 band uniform/costumes.
