Good morning! Our next booster meeting will be Monday, February 7th at 6:30pm in the MSHS cafeteria. Please make plans to join us as we will be discussing our next fundraiser – the Little Miss Trojan and the Miss Trojan beauty pageants. There will be a few different areas where we will need your help!
The Miss Trojan beauty pageant will take place on Friday, February 25 at 7:00pm this year. We will need some band moms to help us out backstage. Dress rehearsal will be the Thursday evening before. It would be helpful if those moms could come by during that rehearsal to see how it all runs for the night.
The following day, February 26, will be filled with 4 different pageants for Little Miss Trojan. The first one starts at 10:00am and the last one starts at 6:00 pm. As you can see, we will have different times available for you to help us with contestant check in, security, and admission/fan favorite. We will be posting these on our volunteer link soon.
We will also discuss some officer and coordinator positions that we will need to fill for the next school year. We are blessed with so many talented parents and together, as a team, we can make next year another great year! Please let me know if you have any questions.
