Good afternoon band faMily
All students performing in our concert groups will need to have tuxedo’s or dresses for our remaining concerts for the rest of the year. The dresses are the simple find looking at Belk, JC Penny, or online. Please purchases dresses that have long skirts NOT short skirts. At the very least just bellow the knee but preferable even longer. Tuxedos can be purchased at JC Penny as that is where I purchased mine. Also online. Black Jacket, Black Pants, and a bow tie are required. Most purchase a black vest but not mandatory. You can also find some used tuxedos if you look hard enough.
For younger students, purchase a little large knowing you can grow into it and make it last over the years.
Percussion ensemble, these same black dresses and tuxes will be our uniforms as well.
If your students is NOT in second semester band, then they can wear all black at the Christmas concert. All other students will need to be in their concert attire.
