6pm start time, enter through the south doors of the fellowship hall.
The front tables are for students and the back tables are for guests. Nothing is gonna work out perfect here, but a general idea.
When you arrive, we will ask you to go get your food and find a seat. Everything will be prepackaged.
At 6pm, a student will welcome everyone then bless the food.
The banquet/awards/guest speaker will begin promptly at 6:20ish.
We will ask for help at the end breaking down and getting everything removed.
