Good afternoon band. We are in the process of calling all students personally to check on them and to pass along information. We are finding a large majority of numbers are either not valid or many voice mailboxes have not been set up or are full. We are sending emails to those people who we do not talk to personally.
Here is the information we are passing along.
audition dates for instruments:
Monday June 15; trumpets and clarinets
Tuesday June 16; Percussion and Trombones
Wednesday June 17; Flutes, Horns, Baritones, Tubas
Thursday June 18; All saxes, low reeds, double reeds, and makeup if needed.
If you are out of town on your audition day, no problem. Contact a director and set up a make up audition time.
IMPORTANT: When you arrive between 9-10 am, a director will be at the front doors. You must have on a mask to enter the building. If you do not have one we will try our best to have one available. No promises.
Audition material was loaded some weeks ago on this website. Simply scroll through messages until you find it.
there is a band booster ZOOM meeting June 2 at 7pm. I hope you can join the boosters and directors. We hope to give a full update on our situation and moving forward! We will share zoom inforation on that day.
