Happy Sunday from the band room! We had a great weekend with the Muscle Shoals Percussion Ensemble and the Muscle Shoals students who were selected to be a part of the Alabama All-State Band Festival in Mobile.
We are very proud of our percussion ensemble students and staff for their impressive showing at WGI World Championships last weekend. What an achievement!

Thursday 4/17 – 7:15 Jazz Band, 4th Block Rehearsal, Color Guard Clinic 3:30-5, Majorette Trip to see Mrs. Sheryl Wilds at 3:45 (I will be sending out a full Majorette email tomorrow)
Friday 4/18 – 4th Block Rehearsal, Color Guard Auditions 3:30-5
Color Guard Auditions will take place this week after school from 3:30-5 in the MSHS Gym.
Next Tuesday, April 22nd is the Shoals Area Night of Jazz. Jazz Band will be performing at this free event again this year at Florence Middle School. Details are being finalized and a full schedule will be sent out this week.
