In case you were not able to make it to our first booster meeting, or if you need a refresher, here is everything you need to know about our Spring trip to Orlando!
Who: The trip is open to all band students enrolled in marching or concert band for the 2022-2023 school year, and any family of those students who would like to attend.
When: March 23-27, 2023
Full itinerary:
Cost:
Quad Occupancy-$1,288 per person
Triple Occupancy-$1,392 per person
Double Occupancy-$1,601 per person
Single Occupancy-$2,228 per person
If a student is travelling and staying in a room with other students, that rate will be based off of Quad Occupancy.
If you decide to travel a different way besides charter bus, or if you decide to stay longer and not ride the bus back, the price will not be able to be altered.
What’s included: Food, travel, attractions, lodging… almost everything is included in the price except extra snacks, souvenirs, and trip t-shirt. View all that’s included below:
How to Pay:

NO PAYMENTS WILL BE MADE ON THE TRIP REGISTRATION SITE.

September 15-$200 per person (non-refundable) This saves your spot.
October 15-$200 per person
November 15-$200 per person
December 15-$200 per person

February 9-Final Balance
