Good afternoon MSMS Band. We hope everyone has had a nice spring break! Here’s your info for the week.
The 7th and 8th grade band will be playing for the 5th grade on Tuesday morning, March 29. This is part of our recruitment for new band members for the next school year. This will be in the MSMS Commons around 8:30 a.m. We hope to get a LOT of 5th graders turned on about being a part of 6th grade band this fall!
Jazz Band will meet on Tuesday and Thursday morning this week at 7:15 a.m.
We’d like to congratulate our MSMS Band members who participated in the UNA Middle School Honor Band this past weekend: Sofie Saint, Addyson Yarber, Caden Corble, Andrew Hubbert, Tidus Hollander, Daniel Geiger, Karley Geijer, Samuel Butte, Canaan Williamson, Destined Stanley, Griff Kinney, and Liam McGuire.

All State Band in Mobile – April 7-9
No School/Good Friday – April 15
Solo and Ensemble Festival (for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade band members) – April 30 @ MSMS
Spring Concert (for 6th, 7th, and 8th grade) – May 10 @ Muscle Shoals High School Auditorium
