Jazz Band will meet on Monday and Wednesday mornings this week. 715-745 am
8th grade band members will be playing for the Special Olympics on Friday morning, November 1. They will need to wear their MSMS Band T Shirt that day. We will play as the students make their way into the football stadium.
This is the week that trip deposits and forms are due. It’s a 25 dollar per person deposit for each person wanting to go on the trip. The trip form was sent home a few weeks back. There is also a copy on this website. Please look back to news of October 7. It will be in that news post.
Alabama and Auburn Middle School applications are due (on their respective websites) by the first couple of weeks of November.
We will be talking to the kids (7th and 8th grade) about All State Tryouts coming up in January. Many students have already been working towards this.
Our first full middle school band concert is quickly approaching. Please be preparing for Thursday evening, November 7 at MSHS. More details to follow soon. This concert will involve 6, 7, and 8 grade band students.
