Atlanta Spring Trip Information 7th and 8th Grade Band Members
This is a fun and educational trip available to all 7th and 8th Grade MSMS Band Members. We hope each student will be able to attend!
Friday, May 8 – Saturday, May 9, 2020
Student Price – $200.00 per student (4 to a room)
Prices for Chaperones are below. Students can stay in a room with their parent but the student would be required to pay the chaperone price based on number of people per room. We must know permanent rooming arrangements when choosing your package. We will not place parents in rooms with other parents, unless they have worked it out beforehand. Unlike the Washington, D.C. trip, parents are not required to attend in order for their students to go.
Quad Occupancy (4 to a room) – $200
Triple Occupancy – $215
Double Occupancy – $235
Single Occupancy – $285
Trip Includes:
- Charter Bus Transportation
- 1 Night Hotel Accommodations (including breakfast buffet)
- Admission to Braves Baseball Game
- Admission to Six Flags over Georgia (including meal voucher)
- Participation in Music in The Parks Festival
Costs not covered in trip price: one lunch on the way to Atlanta, one dinner at Suntrust Park, one dinner on the way home from Atlanta
Payment Schedule and Due Dates: We will be unable to give any refunds after Thursday, January 9th.

$55 Payment for students in student room / ⅓ Payment for parents due by Wednesday, January 29, 2020
$55 Payment for students / ⅓ Payment for parents due by Wednesday, February 26, 2020
$65 Payment for students / ⅓ Payment for parents due by Wednesday, March 25, 2020
Two fundraisers will be planned to help defer costs (November – Citrus Sale / February – Strawberries). All profit goes to student trips.
