Good morning MSMS Band folks. Our first MSMS Home football game is August 29. The 7th and 8th graders have been working on the pep band music the past few weeks and we are excited the upcoming season.
Each 7th and 8th grade brass and woodwind player will need a lyre and flip folder for the games. These are available for purchase at Alabama Music in Florence or Counts Bros. in Muscle Shoals. When you go to purchase these, all the folks at Alabama Music and/or Counts Bros. will just need to know what instrument your child plays. From there, they can get you the correct lyre and flip folder. These are essential for the players to be able to play their music in the stands.
