Week At A Glance:
Wednesday: 4th Block Rehearsal
Thursday: 4th Block Rehearsal, after school 3:30-4:30
Friday: Citrus order forms/money due, 4th Block Rehearsal, no game
Saturday: TVI!!!!!!, ALL HANDS ON DECK

Students, we will be talking in length this week about expectations for Saturday. We will dive deeper into each station and talk through what all needs to happen. In general, you should no later than 15 minutes before your shift begins, except band guides. I have posted the sign-ups below. Also, please view the schedule for call time to the bandroom to get ready for our exhibition performance.

MSHS TVI Performance Schedule:
6:30 pm Band room opens 
7:10 pm Dressed and ready
7:25 pm Enter warm up area
7:55 pm Leave warm up area
8:10 pm Performance time
After the performance, students will head back to the bandroom to change, then help with clean up after the competition. Section Leaders, co-section leaders, drum majors, and band officers will stay to help hand out awards.

3:30: Load-We will need to park trucks in a way that does not block after school traffic on the access road.

Friday, November 1st – Stadium Rehearsal

After Championships, we have 3 rehearsals to put together our Veteran’s Day concert. Do not forget concert instruments on Monday, November 4th! Chair audition submissions are due Thursday, November 14th. All wind players are required to submit a graded audition. Materials have been available since August. Excerpts from the material, along with submissions requirements/instructions will be passed out next week.

Marching season is winding down! Don’t have any regrets! Give it your all!
