Good morning, everyone! I hope you all enjoyed a beautiful Sunday.
What a great weekend for the MSHS Band. Friday night, we invited over 100 7th/8th graders to play at band night. The future is bright for the MSHS Trojan marching Band!! Then Saturday, we had a great afternoon of rehearsal and performed the best show of the year so far at our competition at Deshler. Thank you students for pushing past the discomfort of last week. Your hard work truly paid off.
We had all parents on deck working in concessions, dropping off/preparing lunch, loading and unloading, assembling and pushing props, the list goes on and on. We need so much help to make what we do happen, and I truly appreciate the parents able to contribute their time and skills to helping your children have a successful experience.

Monday – 4th Block Rehearsal
Tuesday – 4th Block Rehearsal, 5:30-8 on the band field, band Booster meeting @ 6:30 in the MSHS cafeteria. We need all parents in attendance. This is our big TVI meeting.
Wednesday – 1/2 day for students. 4th Block is from 10:47-11:30
Thursday – 4th Block Rehearsal, 3:30-4:30
Friday – 4th Block Rehearsal, load right after school, See Jasper Schedule Below
*Next Monday and Tuesday is Fall Break. There will be no band rehearsal these 2 days*

2:45-3:15: Load-We will need to park trucks in a way that does not block after school traffic on the access road.

UNA Marching Clinic: students are encouraged to attend the UNA Marching Wind and Percussion clinic. The percussion is going as a group, but winds students are encouraged to attend as well. This is not a field trip. Students/parents are responsible for transportation, registration, etc. Travis Larson is the Blue Stars Brass Caption Head.
